Such valve has 8-10% less weight than standard manufactured one with plane bedplate.
Emission valves for high-temperature are bimetallic. This high heat resistance valve head and valve rod material junction have high antifriction properties for slide inside valve guide. The junction of these two materials is executed with the help of friction sealing.

The valve head is manufactured from heatproof non-magnetic manganese steel. This allows keeping more high temperature modes.
Rod valve edge hardening is performed by induction hardening and stellite weld deposit.

Valve face grinding is performed on centerless grinders and grinding tools.
In order to increase durability of working area the surface hardening is performed with the help of knurling tools or plasma nitration pulse method.
All products comply with ISO 9001-2008.
Each valve is packed in individual and group package, protecting valves from corrosion and damages during transportation and storage.
